Refund policy
Memora Print is a brand of Atri Ventures LLC. All products are printed and fulfilled on demand through a third-party print production partner. Because every order is custom-produced at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with color variation between screen and print — these are inherent characteristics of print-on-demand production and are not considered defects.
We only consider refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

The item arrived visibly damaged (torn, cracked, or broken)

The print has a clear production defect (significant misprinting, major color distortion, blurry or incomplete image)

The wrong item was delivered
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Buyer's remorse or change of mind

Incorrect size or style ordered by the customer

Minor color differences between the product and your screen display

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
How to Submit a Refund Request
All refund and replacement requests must be submitted by email to hello@memoraprint.com within 5 calendar days of the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier tracking information. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered under any circumstances.
Your email must include ALL of the following or it will not be reviewed:

Your full name and order number

A clear written description of the issue

A minimum of 3 photographs showing the defect or damage, including:

A full photo of the item as received
-
A close-up photo of the specific damage or defect
-
A photo of the packaging it arrived in

A photo of the shipping label on the package
Incomplete submissions will not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional evidence before making any determination.
Review Process
Upon receiving a complete submission, our team will review your request within 5–7 business days. Approval is not guaranteed. If your request is approved, we will issue either a replacement print or a store credit at our sole discretion. Cash refunds to the original payment method are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be produced.
Memora Print reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund and replacement requests.
