Memora Print is a brand of Atri Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from memoraprint.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Products
All Memora Print products are produced on demand by a third-party print fulfillment partner. Product images shown on the Site are digital representations. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and the paper finish selected. These variations do not constitute defects.
All photographs used in our products were taken on location by the Memora Print team. Art style transformations are AI-assisted. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Order Accuracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order — including size, style, and shipping address — before completing checkout. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted and sent to production.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including photographs, artwork, product images, copy, branding, and the Memora Print name and logo — is the exclusive property of Atri Ventures LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. All art transformations and product designs are proprietary to Memora Print.
6. Custom Orders
Custom order submissions grant Memora Print a non-exclusive license to process and transform the submitted photograph for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your submitted photograph for any other purpose without your explicit written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atri Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
